You Bump and Baby offer antenatal (and postnatal) education sessions in a group or 1:1 format for parents-to-be.
This will provide the opportunity to learn about the antenatal period, labour and birth and what to expect in the postnatal period and how to care for yourselves and the baby including a Dad's perspective.
The course has been designed to include the information that you need in a professional and interactive programme including videos, discussions and activities.
The classes will bring you together with other parents-to-be to provide a support network and share experiences.
Antenatal courses consist of 6 teaching sessions before your baby is born and a postnatal reunion.
Support including being available to answer questions, calm concerns and reassure where necessary, will be provided from the first class through to the postnatal reunion.
Courses normally run on a weekday evening but can be tailored to include intensive courses, weekends or 1:1 sessions.
Recommended attendance at the first class is around 28-30 weeks of pregnancy but feel free to get in touch at any stage to discuss your needs.
Cost is £267.
